The Art Of Noticing by Rob Walker (on page 101)

Drawing on a wide range of examples, from art and literature to science and technology, Walker illustrates how the act of noticing can reveal insights and spark creativity. He discusses the role of mindfulness in observation, and how taking a moment to slow down and be present can help us see things we might otherwise miss.
